Bring The Fire Events is a nonprofit organization that produces in-person and virtual fan experiences for charitable and entertainment purposes. Participation in any event is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bring The Fire Events disclaims any and all liability for technical failures, third-party platform issues, personal injury, loss, or damages arising out of or related to participation in any in-person or virtual event. By accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, registering for events, or participating in any of our in-person or virtual fan experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bring The Fire Events creates fan experiences that connect fans with celebrities, with all net proceeds donated directly to charitable causes. All ticket purchases, registrations, and donations are final unless otherwise stated, as proceeds support charitable organizations.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times, including during in-person events, virtual experiences, and in any online interactions related to our organization and guests. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny service, remove participants, cancel registrations, or restrict access without refund for conduct we determine to be inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to, online comments, messages, or other digital communications made before, during, or after an event.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and event materials, is the property of Bring The Fire Events or its licensors and may not be used without prior permission. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of our website or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of any updates.
RECORDING AND CONTENT USE RESTRICTIONS
All virtual event content, including live sessions and recordings, is protected by copyright and is provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the ticketed attendee. Attendees may not record, reproduce, edit, distribute, post, stream, or otherwise share any portion of the event content in any form without prior written permission from Bring the Fire Events and the featured guests.
Unauthorized use may result in removal from the event, revocation of access without refund, and potential legal action.
